Protection and processing of personal data.

1. The Customer's consent to the processing of personal data by LVR Marzena Świerczyńska within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (i.e. of 2002, Journal of Laws No. 101, item 926, as amended ) is voluntary, however, the lack of consent to the processing of personal data makes it impossible to perform the contract and complete the order.

The customer may consent to the processing of his personal data for marketing purposes within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (i.e. of 2002, Journal of Laws No. 101, item 926, as amended) and entrusting them to a third party in order to provide the Customer with advertising materials and information about promotional and marketing campaigns and about the operator of the online store? la vitta.com.pl

3. The administrator of personal data is LVR Marzena Świerczyńska, ul. Pusta 17, 97-200 Tomaszów Maz. Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act, providing personal data is voluntary, and the Customer has the right to inspect their data and correct them, change them, as well as request their removal. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract within 2 years from the date of delivery, you have the right to exercise the rights under the Act of 27 July 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and on the amendment of the Civil Code. Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 "On the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product", each Customer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving reasons by submitting a relevant statement in writing within 10 days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods or conclusion of the contract for the provision of services. To meet this deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.

6. The right to withdraw from a distance contract, however, is not entitled to the Customer in the case of the provision of services started, with the Customer's consent, before the deadline to withdraw from a distance contract;

7. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered void and the Customer is released from any obligations. What the parties have provided is returned unchanged, unless a change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The return should take place immediately, not later than within fourteen days.

8. The statement of withdrawal should indicate the expected method of transferring the funds due to the Customer (e.g. providing the account number)
